Interior Design
Rob Reinhart's design approach fully considers the indoor/outdoor lifestyle allowed by the desert climate, creating environments that are at once stylish, relatable and liveable. 
Hourly rate. Price varies on the size of the home and scope of the project.

Home Staging
For properties entering the market, Make It-Home provides home staging consultation/edits, hybrid staging and a full furnish and decorating service for empty properties. All of our staged properties present the warm, welcoming feeling of home, ensuring the homes stand out, appeal to, and create easy emotional connections with the broadest spectrum of buyers. 
-Staging consultation:  up to 2 hours- $300, Hourly rate for time over 2 hours .
*NEW- Video Walk Through Consults for sellers and realtors. 1 hour Minimum.
-Hybrid and full furnish stagings - hourly rate, plus cost of 3 month minimum furniture rental, deliver and pick up, liability insurance and any applicable taxes.

Interior Decorating
Make It - Home works with many 2nd home and investment property
 owners to create fully decorated and equipped properties for the
 vacation rental market. The homes photograph beautifully, draw
maximum interest on Web search sites, and excite guests through
visual detail and all the requisite comforts of home.
Hourly rate plus cost of furniture and decor, deliveries and taxes.
